Black Truffle and Goat Cheese Cream

Ingredients: cream, Pecorino Romano cheese 25% (sheep’s milk, salt, lamb’s rennet, cultured milk), milk, butter, cornstarch, Black Truffles 1,1%: Moscato Truffle 1% (Tuber brumale Vitt), Black Truffle 0,1% (Tuber melanosporum Vitt), sunflower lecithin, natural flavoring, salt, flavoring. It may contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber spp. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 7 days. Any dark stains on the lid or sides of the jar are due to the sterilization and are not an indication of inferior product quality.
